Leaveabid.com offers a broker service, promoting sellers’ domain names on Leaveabid.com, PremiumDomainExperts.com and Seedshoot.com. Additionally, outbound marketing efforts may be employed to enhance visibility. Sellers agree to grant exclusivity for marketing their domain name(s) to Leaveabid.com for a minimum period of 3 months.

4. Sale and Transfer Process:
The sale and transfer process will be conducted through escrow.com. Sellers are required to abide by escrow.com’s terms and conditions for a secure and transparent transaction.

5. User Obligations:
By using Leaveabid.com, users agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when leaving bids or using the broker service.
Adhere to the terms and conditions of escrow.com during the purchase process.

Grant exclusivity to Leaveabid.com for marketing their domain name(s) for the agreed-upon period.
Abide by applicable laws and regulations related to domain name transactions.

6. Communication:
Buyers and sellers will receive communication related to bids, domain promotions, and marketing efforts via the email address provided during registration. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the provided email address is accurate and up-to-date.

7. Liability:
Leaveabid.com and My Business Network Ltd. are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the purchase, sale, or transfer of domain names. Users engage in transactions at their own risk and are encouraged to review escrow.com’s terms and conditions for added protection.

8. Termination:
Leaveabid.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts, bids, or broker services at its discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraudulent activities or non-compliance with these terms.
